 With the transition of the NCAC swim team to the UVAC facility on September 1st we will add the much anticipated in-house competitive swim team to our program offerings. Check it out! Stop by talk to one of the coaches! Watch the swimmers during practice and see what it is all about.

ATTENTION SENIORS

Fridays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am is

FREE SENIOR FRIDAYS

This entitles anyone 65 years and older to enjoy our facilities FREE of charge.  Come in and try our Leisure Pool, Fitness Center, Competition Pool or Classes.

Summer Road Cycling

Ride Leaders : Drew Purdy & Bill McFadden

What: Road Cycling, Adult, Coed

Where: Meet at UVAC, 100 Arboretum Lane, White River Jct. VT or at The Bike Hub, #303 Rt 5 S, Norwich VT.

*weekly rides alternate start/finish locations

When: Tuesday nights - meet at 5:45 pm, ride starts promptly at 6:00 pm.

Ride Focus: Moderate to advanced difficulty.  15- 30 miles.  Rides will be group driven.
