Joining Upper Valley Aquatic Center is the best way to take advantage of all UVAC has to offer. Members have access to the fitness facilities, group fitness classes, KidZone, locker rooms, water features, water slide, and pools. Membership rates do not include fitness classes or personal training.

In order to prove Town of Hartford residency for an Upper Valley Aquatic Center membership, all you need to do is bring in an unpaid utility bill along with your driver's license, fill out the Membership Application, and meet with a staff member to complete the process with ID cards and payment. Each family member age 16 and older must present a driver's license listing the account residence to get his/her membership card. A membership card will not be issued without a valid driver's license as proof of residency. Proof of residency is required at renewal.
Monthly or Quarterly memberships can be billed to your insurer. Contact our Business Manager Carmelle Paulson at 802-296-2850 extension 102 to arrange billing.
Corporate Membership Packages are designed to help companies support the health and wellness of their
employees. Employees of UVAC Corporate Member
Companies are eligible for a 15 percent discount on memberships. The employee's spouse and dependent children under the age of 18 are also eligible for the
discount, whether or not the employee joins. Proof of employment will be required to access the corporate rates. Please check with our Welcome Desk or your personnel department about any special requirements. Proof of employment is REQUIRED at time of purchase.

Your first option is automatic debit payments from your checking account. Upper Valley Aquatic Center will
automatically withdraw your monthly membership fee from your account. There is a 12-month commitment with this option.
The second option is personal check or cash to pay your
Upper Valley Aquatic Center membership.
Upper Valley Aquatic Center Gift Certificates may be
purchased for any amount, and may be used toward program registration, membership, concessions, personal training, guest admissions, rentals and Upper Valley Aquatic Center merchandise. Gift Certificates are
available at the Welcome Desk.

The Splashpark and pools make the perfect place for
your next class party, graduation party, team party, or customer appreciation day! The Splashpark offers a
warm-water pool, current channel, indoor/outdoor slide, and water features.

Upper Valley Aquatic Center is the perfect place to host your graduation or class party! We can accommodate your organization for a maximum of 8 hours. Please contact us at 802.296.2850 for current lock-in rates and additional information.
The first step in hosting your event at Upper Valley Aquatic Center is to complete the Facility Rental Request form. Upon completion of the request, you will receive phone confirmation to discuss the details of your event. Invitations should not be sent out to your guests prior to this confirmation.
Facility rental request applications are accepted on a
first-come, first-serve basis and it is recommended that they be submitted at least one month before the rental date. Phone reservations are not accepted.
All food and drink must be purchased from one of our Preferred Caterers or the Bagel Basement.
A $100 deposit is due at the time of the reservation.
The balance is due upon arrival on the day of the event. The deposit will be credited to the total due, assuming there are no damages. If the reservation is cancelled within one week of the event the deposit is forfeited.
